🚨 Serious questions regarding my coin transfer from GTech Network
I had correctly entered all the necessary information into my wallet. Despite this, my coins appear to have been transferred to a different wallet address that I did not authorize.
The support team has now stated that this is a wallet display issue and that the balance has moved to another wallet.
However, my direct questions are:
❓ If this was merely a technical issue with the wallet display, how were my coins transferred to a different wallet address on the blockchain?
❓ Who initiated that transfer?
❓ What is the transaction hash?
❓ Who controls the wallet to which my coins were transferred?
❓ When and through what process will my coins be returned to my original wallet?
I did not enter an incorrect wallet address. Therefore, until GTech Network provides clear information backed by full blockchain evidence regarding this transaction, serious questions remain.
I demand that GTech Network publicly and clearly provide the transaction hash, sender address, receiving address, and full details of the transfer, and clarify the status of my coins.
📌 The destination of my coins must be clearly visible on the blockchain. Simply citing a "system error" is not a sufficient explanation.
I seek an impartial investigation into this matter based on the available transaction details and screenshots.

@MaiM87653 @BaiChenXanadu @gtechnetwork This is the project team's fault; I entered the correct address. How did it end up in another wallet? I want my coins back.
BscScan transaction hash shows a successful BEP-20 transfer of 215,040 GTC to my wallet address, but when the same wallet address is checked directly on BscScan, GTC is not present in the token holdings. Please check the token balance of my address directly against the GTC contract 0xd1F6cc234b9B82E90AC277c9C2E3C7a91d17DAf9 and confirm whether 215,040 GTC are currently credited to my address.
Hello Support Team,
I am facing an issue with a GTC (Gtech Coin) transfer on BNB Smart Chain.
Transaction Hash:
0xe01dfd69f5ca315b63e069bf24776999fc88a384464f14e012daf592bb979572
My Wallet Address:
0x38566c83A8C470A251E3799314AeA3654C9F27cC
Amount: 215,040 GTC
Network: BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20)
When I search the transaction hash on BscScan, the BEP-20 Token Transfer clearly shows 215,040 GTC transferred to my wallet address:
0x38566c83A8C470A251E3799314AeA3654C9F27cC
However, when I search my wallet address directly on BscScan, the GTC tokens are not showing under my token holdings/assets.
I have also checked my wallet's GTC balance, but it shows 0 GTC.
So there is a discrepancy:
Transaction Hash → 215,040 GTC transferred to my address
Wallet Address → GTC balance/holding is not showing
Please investigate this transaction at the blockchain/token-contract level and confirm:
Whether the 215,040 GTC were successfully credited to my address.
Whether the GTC token contract/indexing is causing the balance not to appear.
Whether the tokens were subsequently transferred somewhere else.
If the tokens are still in my address, please help me make the balance visible in my wallet.
I have attached screenshots from BscScan showing the transaction and my wallet address.
Please provide a detailed explanation of where the 215,040 GTC currently are.
Thank you.

@LinkersMap If LinkersMap also facilitates payments from other cryptos along with ITL, then the actual utilization of ITL may be reduced. The better model would be to convert the second crypto to ITL first and then pay ITL.
