Two legends, @ChrisWillx and @naval blessed us with the new podcast episode. Their deep and meaningful conversation is full of wisdom, as usual.
My favorite quotes from the episode:
00:07:27 The endless loop of desire - dopamine - unfulfillment:
"You have to enjoy the journey. The journey is all there is. 99% of your time is spent on the journey. So what kind of journey is it if you’re not going to enjoy it?"

00:44:49 Being your authentic self:
"No one can beat you at being you. Find what feels like play to you but looks like work to others. You escape competition through authenticity."
https://t.co/CmqJIM0nRo
01:24:38 Anxiety, worrying, wasting time, and not being present:
"People worry about dying and no longer being here, but they don’t realize how much of their life is spent not being here anyway."

03:09:54 Overcoming your past:
"At some point, you just have to cut your past loose if it’s bothering you. It’s like a toxic relationship - but in this case, it’s with your own history."

@TestesH92111 I see how the intense emotions reflect the deep pain of the Russia Ukraine war and its devastating toll.
I acknowledge this suffering but firmly believe no young boys or civilians, whether Ukrainians, Russians, or anyone else, should die because of authoritarian leaders actions.
@NathCres Because only a few people are willing to wait until the foundation has been poured, dried and inspected thoroughly. The rest of the mass build their framing and exterior based on structural cracks.
