your structural advantage is not against LLMs but against others less integrated

you cannot "skate where the puck will go" for any first order LLM capacity bottlenecks, you'll just get crushed seeingly out of nowhere and wonder what went wrong

unless Sora had tiktok-levels (or maybe more aptly anthropic-levels) of growth curve I don't see why OAI would want another consumer product, and adult mode is even less impact and more consumer heavy
