I grew up on Dilbert. I have never known a time without it and without Scott (altho I only came to know abt Scott much later in life). Today hurts a lot less when I see some of his terrific strips being posted around X. I can't help but smile.
Beyond the comics, Scott was there at the beginning our great struggle in 2015. He took a courageous stand when few others did or could. He explained Trump in a way only he could. Even some of Trump's own family came to a better understanding of The Donald! (iirc Ivanka & Jared talked abt this). Scott gave us permission & gave us the language to talk about Trump. It cost him dearly, but as Cerno said:
"He never once faltered or hid in the shadows."
No matter how bad it got for him or for the country. It's quite the contrast to the many "based right wing influencers" who turned tail & ran or, worse, turned traitor (we had one recently👀).
Scott was always there for us, especially when it was darkest. I'll never forget how he brought light to that darkness for me, personally. He helped me learn to stop killing myself with pessimism & blackpilling. His "systems over goals" completely transformed my life. I don't know where I'd be without him. I could say much more, too.
He was a trooper. Seemed like he never took any time off. Always keeping it positive, which kept me and many others sane. I'll miss that dearly, but now it's my turn to be the one sharing his spirit of positivity with the world around me.
He loved humanity, too. He loved truth. He loved helping people and hearing about the impact of his work. He loved our shared fight to defeat the enemies of civilization and bring sanity & common sense back to America (and the world). He gave everything to that fight. He "donated himself to the world."
True to form, he stayed in that fight right up till the very last minute and has now passed into legend.
Godspeed, Scott. Thank you, Scott. We'll carry it on from here.🙏🫡
Hard for people to appreciate how much money Scott Adams lost. He was living the dream. Dilbert cash. VC deal flow. Cash flow like crazy for speaking gigs where big companies fly you first class, pay you big checks for a lunchtime time. He lost that, and gained being a legend.
The thought process of people like John C. Reilly goes like this:
- I have beliefs.
-My beliefs are empathetic.
-Empathy is the ultimate good.
-If your beliefs contradict mine, you must lack empathy.
-You are therefore evil.
And so they weaponize the word empathy to mark their opponents as evil, despite the fact that their beliefs are almost always shortsighted, contradictory, self-serving, and even vile at times.
That’s why most of us think “empathy” is a trap.
Ro Khanna’s father-in-law Monte Ahuja made his fortune by acquiring competitors, liquidating their assets, closing facilities, and firing workers.
A month before Christmas, Ahuja shut down a Pittsburgh facility and fired 136 workers.
For every displaced American family thrown onto unemployment, Ro’s family got richer. Ro enjoys the wealth of his robber baron father-in-law and wife, so he won’t go after them.
Tucker needs to zoom out. He’s been at this too long. When I got in, it was Paul Ryan’s world. Have people forgotten what the Republican Party was? They kicked Steve King out for asking questions about anti-white hatred. The trend line is moving in the right direction!
A couple of guys are hanging out on their porch.
A group of YN’s approach them and ask what ‘gang they claim.’
They respond by saying they are civilians and don’t dabble in gang culture.
So the YN’s shoot up their house.
We shouldn’t have to live like this.
When people refer to "trans genocide," they mean that 1.) some people don't use the preferred pronouns of men who claim to be women, 2.) some men who claim to be women aren't allowed to get naked in the women's changing room, 3.) some states don't let teachers brainwash children into yearning to be chemically castrated and dismembered, and 4.) some states don't snatch children from parents who don't believe their 11-year old daughters when they claim to be boys in need of being dosed with steroids and having their breasts lopped off.
When people fight back against "trans genocide" by threatening or committing mass murder, they are merely acting in accordance with the imperative to prevent "genocide."
this entire class of our best and brightest made it their life mission to "stop fascism" and "save the country" and all they've managed is to step on every rake they encounter and wreck society
even if their mission were "good" they'd have earned our contempt by utter failure
No I was sucker punched in the back of the head by a black 17 year old, at 11am, randomly, in a convenience store
and in the immediate aftermath, while I was beating the brakes off of him with a metal camera, a black 24 year old stole my wallet off the counter
After I called the cops, they were arrested with my wallet, because they were going store to store trying to get cash back from my locked debit card.
The USAO declined to press charges.
This, combined with having a gun pointed at me on two separate occasions last summer (both by black people), and the fact that the share of murders in Washington DC committed by black people is without exaggeration LITERALLY 99% (johns hopkins school of public health study of crime data 2019-2022, as well as DC MPD homicide data) has made me less delicate when discussing the matter.
It hasn't made me hate black people.
But it has forced me to acknowledge that there is clearly a racial aspect to this, and tiptoeing around it is clearly not helping ANYBODY
READ HIS MANIFESTO: The Montreal murderer was a Jew-hating Communist censor
The murderer in Montreal has been named: Seth Hatfield, from Alberta. He murdered a policeman in a shooting spree in a Jewish neighbourhood in Montreal.
Soon afterwards, government journalists at the CBC and elsewhere started describing a manifesto that he had left behind. But none of them published the actual document — they just quoted the odd phrase from it, and called him an “incel”. That’s a term for someone who was “involuntarily celibate”, or someone who didn’t do well with women. The usual suspects were doing the media circuit claiming that Hatfield was a “right wing” extremist.
But if that was true, why was the manifesto being shown only to selected, government-friendly journalists? Why were the rest of us blocked from seeing it for ourselves?
Well, that just changed. Rebel News has acquired a copy of the full, 104-page manifesto. You can read it for yourself right here: https://t.co/fAYaqOVZZe
It’s true that the murderer had extreme ideas about women. But that was only a small part of his world view. In most of the rest of his rambling remarks, he was indistinguishable from left-wing politicians like Bernie Sanders, Avi Lewis, or half the Liberal cabinet.
He praised Communism. He called for the abolition of private property. He railed against the Jews, and Zionism. And — like Mark Carney himself — he demanded the censorship of the Internet.
Read the manifesto of a crazed, left-wing extremist.
And never forget: the mainstream media lies to you about everything important.
Meet Barrie Drewitt-Barlow and his husband Scott, two gay men who became famous for being the first "gay dads" in Britain after their twins were born via surrogacy
Both men were just charged with 18 criminal counts, including sexual activity with a child and paying for sexual services of a child.
This comes after the men were already indicted on sex trafficking charges.

Ro Khanna: Hold Epstein’s friends accountable, except Stacey Plaskett, because she’s my friend.
Also Ro Khanna: Members of Congress shouldn’t trade stocks, except for me.
Also Ro Khanna: Extremely rich people should pay a wealth tax, but not me.
Also Ro Khanna: Sexually assaulting women is wrong, unless it’s Graham Platner, because he shares my politics.
Also Ro Khanna: Trump should release his tax returns, but not me.
@SParchewski@PrairieVeteran If the only thing she cares about is going home, then she’s totally unfit for the job. A civilian’s job is to go home. A Law Enforcement Officer’s job is to put themselves in harms way so that the civilians get to go home. That’s literally why police forces exist.
actually a HUGE point of conversation in various backroom chats is "we welcome all of our new allies, but it still feels really bad, man, that for 25 years we were saying X, Y, Z got pooh-poohed, then ppl moved right and never once said 'sorry'"
so
this is really appreciated 🫡
If she had checked, she wouldn't have killed an innocent man. Yes, taking time to check would have exposed her to more risk. But the additional risk is...literally what she gets paid for and why she is allowed to carry a gun and arrest people.
Law Enforcement's job is not to take *less* risk than civilians.
Also worth noting that her not checking didn't help her put down the shooter. She still got shot in the back as she ran away. Maybe if she hadn't wasted time and ammo killing an innocent civilian, she would have had a better chance at actually winning the gunfight.
@SParchewski@PrairieVeteran Taking half a second to check if a person is carrying a weapon before shooting them is not exactly a superhuman feat. It's also the most basic standard of conduct for law enforcement use of deadly force. If you can't meet that standard then you shouldn't be an officer.
