Today: 2 SLs and I closed the laptop.

The difference? Rules.

Rule 1: 1 Loss = 15min break
Rule 2: 2 Losses = Done for the day
Rule 3: No trade after 8PM

No motivation.
Just systems.

Revenge = Break rules

I learned this the hard way.

3 questions before every trade:
.Am I calm?
.Am I following my plan?
.Would I take this tomorrow?

No to 1 = No trade.

New me: 24hr rule. Laptop closed.

Rule:
1 Loss = Stop
2 Losses = 24hr ban

Walking away hurts.
Blowing up hurts more.

1 SL = Stop for the day
2 SLs = 24hr ban. No exceptions.

It hurts to walk away.
It hurts more to revenge trade and blow the week.

Discipline isn’t sexy.
But it pays the bills.
