@wimonsool i would consider adding a feature for notes! as you can see all the places on my list have a note - also heads up, mexico is very much a reservation city. same-day is usually fine
@YouGotTheDavid@amuse@bloomjpg some pros come from affluent backgrounds but most are just continuing in the family business of polo and NOT getting rich
@YouGotTheDavid@amuse@bloomjpg there are also a lot of working class families who are integral to polo. the economics are weird at higher levels (not club)... you usually have 1 super rich person who sponsors the team and 3 pro players who are working class
@amuse@bloomjpg LOVE the work to ride program but you absolutely cannot play for free wtf are you talking about lol. university and club programs can make it more affordable but WTR is an outlier and if you consider all of the labor those kids are doing it's anything but free
@YouGotTheDavid@amuse@bloomjpg there are plenty of club programs throughout the world that don't require you to own a horse. i currently play outside mexico city for $70/game
@rage2x@amuse@bloomjpg there are a lot more kids in the program, they were just the ones who started it. actually insanely good players with a really cool story
