You know what I think would fix our medical system? A second medical system. Competition. Instead of trying to force a fix on a very wealthy insurance/hospital/pharma industry, create a simplified set of rules for basic care providers. No insurance, tax incentives.

@bumbadum14 Trains and roundabouts are two things I wish us Americans could get more behind. I think the issue with trains here is the lack of sufficient public transportation at destinations that aren't pedestrian-friendly.
