Sleep time is a ritual. Think of the 2hr before bed as preparing for utter calm. Lights dim, dont scroll.
Spend 20 mins writing an hour before bed. All the thoughts and memories coming up. Acknowledge everything you write.
I also just put on a podcast with a sleep timer and that helps.
@nickcammarata Very true. Id go deep down into the obscure physics pages like "spontaneous symmetry breaking" and wonder wtf is this, sounds cool but i have no clue
Now the ai can explain it to me 100 different ways and answer my follow ups.

@AStuttaford I am completely against involving “planners” in any of this. All I think is that a landowner should be allowed to build whatever he thinks there is a market for on the land that he owns, subject to bona fide safety concerns.
so Arsenal supposedly played horrible football today in a game that ended 1-1 after 120 minutes, where we scored the only goal from open play?
What am i missing here? Was I supposed to be impressed by psg 75% possession that created 0.3 xG before the pk?
@IanDarke Tactics were fine, psg xG before penalty was 0.3. It was ugly but if ugly wins then its justified. That psg couldn't muster an open goal play but we are criticized for our tactics is what reveals people's bias
@Tactx_ Arteta managed the SHIT out of the league. Only so much you can do without someone on sakas, level beside him in attack. Odegaard poor form contributed to thesr problems
@ZachLowy Madueke was the only live wire for us in ET. Eze invisible, nobody could keep the ball. People are blind, no hes not world class but theres a reason he keeps getting minutes
@HLTCO I think first half it was fine. Second half we had one good spell before the pk, and up to that point i felt PSG Weren't creating enough to warrant a change in tactics.
Also Odegaard was poor and that took a lot away from our options. Eze came on and did nothing.
Agreed, this wasn't an enjoyable watch. I guess Arteta simply didnt trust what he had to play a more toe to toe game.
But when you see Odegaard and Ezes performances, can you blame him?
Oddly enough it almost worked...psg created little until the pk. Protecting 1-0 for 85 mins would have been poetic for how we've played this season.
