I suffer from IBS-D for nearly two decades. Although currently I'm on 10-20mg Amitriptyline and that's helping substantially.

Anyway, when I take creatine I always got very loose diarrhea after, so much that I stopped using it.

But for sure, I never dissolved it or attwmped to. I will work on better dissolving it with hot water and trying again.

Only "issue" is sometimes it doesn't make up it's mind quick enough with its turn signal on the highway. It will sit with the turn signal on for 10+ seconds, speeding up and down slightly, before committing to a change.
