Instead of rectifying the actual problems, they’ve tried to silence me by offering 1–2 months renewal fee (approx. ₹416).

That sounded like a fish market. The staff seemed completely disengaged and unprofessional — clearly not bothered about who’s on the call or what the customer is going through.

This kind of service is unacceptable, especially when we’re paying for a business solution.
