Settling faster is not what makes a rail cheap.

Cost follows how often the network has to agree. A rail that settles every transfer buys an agreement for every transfer and charges you for each one.

INTMAX3 settles the channel, instead of every transfer inside it.

A cheap rail agrees less often.

[INTMAX main @intmaxIO]

Your discretion ends at your wallet address.

You can keep a position quiet in every room you walk into and still have it read off-chain by the counterparty you are about to sit across from.

INTMAX3 keeps that balance off the public record.

[INTMAX main @intmaxIO]

Your balance outlives the company holding it.

That company will change hands, change staff, and change its security policy. Your balance stays exactly where it was.

INTMAX3 holds balances on your own device, protected by lattice-based cryptography.

Who holds the secret decides who can leak it.

First deliverable: a public definition of quantum readiness, plus open test criteria any team can run against its own implementation.

“A network can call itself ‘quantum-resistant’ today with no shared understanding of which parts of its system the claim covers or what evidence should support it.”

The Quantum Alliance was formed to set that bar.

If your agent pays more than one counterparty, ask 3 questions before you open channels:

> How much capital is locked in each channel you funded?
> How many of those channels moved money this month?
> What happens to the idle ones when you need liquidity elsewhere?

A channel per pair means answering those every month.

INTMAX3 runs payment channels with more than two parties.

[INTMAX main @intmaxIO]

> Pay a supplier in stablecoins
> It clears in seconds and costs less than a wire
> The ledger records the amount, the counterparty, and what you had left
> Your supplier opens the explorer to confirm the payment landed
> They can see the balance you kept after paying them
> They can see what you paid the supplier before them
> Next quarter they know exactly what you can afford

INTMAX3 keeps that balance off the public record.

Your encryption expires in 2035.

The cryptography sitting under bank transfers, logins, and wallet signatures now has a retirement date, and the swap has to happen on a deadline instead of at convenience.

NIST proposed deprecating RSA, ECDSA, and ECDH after 2030 and disallowing them after 2035. The NSA gave national security systems until 2030 to drop whatever cannot be upgraded.

Your old transactions do not expire with it.

Say you moved money onchain three years ago: that record is still there, still in public, and it will still be there in 2035.

Those dates are migration deadlines, not break dates, and the difference matters.

Europol put it plainly last week: the timing of a capable quantum computer remains uncertain, and cryptocurrencies will not collapse because of one.

So the honest version of this story is quieter than the panic version, but it is also more expensive.

A system can migrate. A record already written cannot.

The 2nd report Europol posted exposed that gap. Encrypted data collected today can sit in storage until the hardware to open it exists, even when Europol found no clear evidence this is happening at scale.

Storage is cheap, and patience costs nothing, which is the whole argument.

A public ledger skips that problem by never having it.

Nothing needs to be harvested, and nothing needs to be waited out, because the record was never encrypted in the first place.

This is the part of the timeline we built for.

INTMAX3 keeps account balances on your own device instead of on a server the operator runs, and holds those balances behind lattice-based cryptography.

Deadlines get published years in advance. Records get published forever.

A withdrawal you are owed can still be refused.

Nothing breaks, so nothing warns you. On a rollup, inclusion is the operator's job, and your only recourse is asking again.

INTMAX3 lets a withdrawal be entered through the contract.

Your money should not need their permission.

[INTMAX main @intmaxIO]

Your balance is a row in a database you do not run.

If that database is unreachable, so is your number. On a rollup, the operator holds everyone's state, and you read yours through them.

INTMAX3 keeps your balance on your own device.

A balance you hold is a balance you keep.

[INTMAX main @intmaxIO]

A copy of your balance history already exists offline.

Storage is cheap, and the copy only has to outlast the cryptography on it. A public chain never encrypted it.

INTMAX3 holds balances behind lattice-based cryptography.

Encryption chosen today decides who reads you later.

[INTMAX main @intmaxIO]

Custody has a cryptography replacement date.

Swapping the cryptography under a live system is the same work whether it runs on a schedule the operato/regulator set, and the second version arrives with balances already sitting in production.

INTMAX3 keeps balances behind lattice commitments, the hardness class the standardized post-quantum ciphers are built on, so that choice was made at design time instead of deferred to a migration.

The cheapest upgrade is the one already priced in.

[INTMAX main @intmaxIO]

A payment channel only pays in the direction it is funded.

INTMAX3 puts multiple participants on one shared channel state, so a transfer between any two of them settles against that state rather than traversing a funded route between them.

There is no inbound capacity to provision for each counterparty and no rebalancing to keep a direction open.

Shared state removes the work routing creates.

[INTMAX main @intmaxIO]

The payments you already sent cannot be re-signed.

A network that swaps its cryptography later protects the transfers made after the swap, and every transfer written before it keeps the assumption it was made under, permanently.

INTMAX3 keeps balances behind lattice commitments, which is the hardness family post-quantum cryptography is built from, so the record it leaves does not depend on an assumption waiting to be replaced.

Cryptography chosen late leaves the past exposed.

[INTMAX main @intmaxIO]

The balance you hide today is already being archived.

An encrypted record can be copied now and read years later, once the hardware catches up, and nothing about that copy expires in the meantime.

INTMAX3 keeps balances behind lattice commitments, the hardness family that post-quantum cryptography is built from, so the verification layer confirms a channel update without the amount inside it being exposed then or later.

Confidentiality has to outlive the machine reading it.

[INTMAX main @intmaxIO]

Every payment you process leaves a record you don't own.

Cash never had that problem, because handing it over is the whole transaction. Onchain payment replaced the cash rail and made that record permanent.

INTMAX3 moves the transfer as an update to shared channel state, so the payment happens without a chain transaction at that moment, and settlement runs separately with checkpointing, disputes, and finalization.

Payment can settle without publishing who paid whom.

[INTMAX main @intmaxIO]

Your transfer is only as final as the operator allows.

A channel that depends on an operator to accept transfers inherits that operator's downtime and its decisions.

INTMAX3 exposes queueForcedTx() through the IForcedTxLogic interface, so a transfer can enter the queue from contract logic instead of depending on the operator to accept it.

Inclusion is a guarantee only when code enforces it.

[INTMAX main @intmaxIO]

The address you pay from carries every payment you have made.

A public ledger ties each transfer to the same account, so a counterparty who learns that address can read what came before it and what comes after.

INTMAX3 settles transfers as updates to shared channel state, and the balances behind those updates stay confidential.

A record made public cannot be made private later.
