An update from the neurosymbolic world: it would take our engine to calculate all the potential mechanisms and their computational connections in the human body (at a pretty powerful server), about 2000 years and if we would want to store the network it would be 45 petabytes.

Now, we want to stress test Tzager on the most challenging problems researchers are trying to solve in healthcare. The objectives could be from solving a specific symptom, to simulating chemical interactions (e.g. connection of specific proteins to specific mechanisms).
It is evident that we have built an engine (Tzager) that can compute probabilities from genes to whole systems, by running a vast Bayesian Network describing the causal structures of normal body functions, diseases and therapies.
Tzager is now THE Bayes Net engine that can infer the computational steps in the body, explaining why symptoms, phenomena or therapies occur. It models healthcare in causal steps (causal mechanisms result to meaning, e.g. what does it mean that this drug works?). Ask for a demo.
