Actual CN Players Fined👮

I know it's hard to remember CN player names, Tarteman doesn't even remember when he is the one who blew the whistle, but please do not lump all CN players(or French players for that matter). I've seen chat gang up on 60seconds/Huanmie for no reason because they don't remember the correct CN player that actually was fined. So here is the list:

A Hao Ei = Underperformance, S11
Warning with 30% prize forfiet

Xunge = Account Sharing, S12
Banned for S12, striped of TOC winner status

Shitoruen = Underperformance, S13
Full year comeptitive ban 100% winnings forfiet

The reason I often say "Justice for Xunge" is somehow he ended up with the most severe long-term consequences for the lightest offense, seemly to placate the global community after an outrageously light punishement towards A Hao. IMO it should auto year ban 100% forfiet for softplay moving forward. But let's please not just put all CN players under the "Chinese Cheater" label, thanks.

Additionally, to speak of the punishment not suiting the crime, I think Riot would be accused much more of favoring North American players if the punishment had instead given the worlds slot to the next in line and not exclusively penalized Jedusor
