It appears to correspond to another spike on the PurpleAir network around 2:30pm.

Got a heads-up from a community member this evening: Major plume this evening from US Steel's Edgar Thomson Mill. It coincides closely with a spike on the PurpleAir monitor network. #Stinkburgh (BreatheCam footage thx to @cmucreatelab and @BreatheProject)
