Everyone's looking for a football simulation game, but Konami has a different idea: transforming the simulation game they've spent over thirty years developing into a Gacha-style game that relies on a smart assistant and selling cards, without any real investment in content.
Yes, Konami has some one of the most realistic gameplay, but now they're abandoning it all for the sake of a smart assistant, hoping to attract more lazy users who don't want to put in any effort to learn the game and its skills. What a waste of 30 years of development and research!

We told them Carrick was living off Amorim’s foundation, but they didn’t believe us. They argued “why didn’t Amorim succeed with the same foundation?” But I think I have an answer now. Amorim couldn’t build on that foundation because it wasn’t solid enough for the team he wanted, a team that would dominate games and win United titles hence the inconsistency and frustrations that came with his football. Now, Carrick is living off that same foundation, but it might break soon because Amorim hadn’t finished doing the groundwork. You’ll understand more next season when Carrick gets the job full time.
