Some folks asking about upgradeable smart contracts and is this intended on the dvm powered ioc smart contract net. Yes, all smart contracts on any given account on the dvm net will be upgradeable. This is a natural consequence of the dvm being based on the dions storage model.

New Dev update; We are continuing work on the DVM for Testnet. The DVM itself has been ready for testing but we are working with data structure to get it all right for the storage aspect of it. Once thats ready we will green Phase 1 of DVM testing.
