@Tesco bought a backpack and Reins yesterday in store in aberystwyth and when I got it home the inside was mouldy. I have been refused a refund or exchange today in store and told it isn't there problem or anything they can do, despite the item being faulty. Disgusting service

@Tesco I have messaged, I'm especially upset that I was told by the colleague in store that it wasn't her problem and I couldn't speak to anyone higher than her. Very poor customer service, she advised I sell it online as it was clearly faulty though!
