The UX and ops team at @PayPalUK app should be fired man. App is crazy clunky and still a very horrible experience using the product. How can it take 6 months to resolve a debit issue in 2026, mind you i was paying for a flight ticket o, not a P2P trx.

It should be unacceptable that an airline would sell tickets worth millions to Nigerians yet not have a working phone line or email that's well communicated via their website. Except you visit their offices in major cities in Nigeria.
