The Mammalogy class attended the Iowa Wildlife Society fall workshop in Pella last week. They were even allowed to participate in a federal and state permitted bat mist-netting activity!
.@UpperIowa hosted a workshop put on by @USFWS@iowadnr and @IowaNRCS about #rustypatchedbumblebee ID, phenology, & habitat. Ended up with 6 Bombus spp including fed endangered RPBB! UIU’s restored prairies are doing what they’re supposed to!
