Yesterday, I was privileged to participate in that conversation as a panelist at the University Student Leaders Convention 2026, held at the Parliament of Uganda.
The convention brought together student leaders from universities and tertiary institutions across the country to engage with policymakers and other key stakeholders. It provided an important platform for student leaders to articulate the concerns and aspirations of the student community directly to the country’s leadership, while fostering meaningful dialogue on policy, student welfare, and the future of higher education in Uganda.
