Policybazaar sucks. Purchased a car policy 10019/31/20/030586 on Jan 28. RC number incorrect. Customer care says even if it is PB's mistake, I have to pay. It's a technical problem - they've no control. Guys, Use PB only to compare, don't buy. Insurance cos offer better service.
