Despite repeated explanations, some still view our saints as evil and outsiders as holy.
MEN DEY!!!
Let me put this in context.
During yesterday’s teaching on expectations in relationships, we discussed what a 26-year-old woman should reasonably expect from a man at a similar stage of life.
We talked about expectations such as owning a car, having an iPhone, or receiving a monthly allowance of ₦1 million.
In the course of the conversation, a lady made a comment, and I asked her twice to repeat what she had said. The congregation echoed her response so I could hear her clearly.
This does not mean every woman in the church shares that mindset.
That moment is being interpreted in ways that miss the context of the conversation.
The point was simple: there is a difference between having standards and having expectations that may not be realistic for the stage of life you and your potential partner are in.
This was never about telling women not to have standards. It was about understanding that expectations should also be grounded in reality.

Zlatan Ibile said the first impression about his wife is that she never billed him when they were dating, the only thing she once asked for was flowers because she knows he’s not the romantic type, ZTTW did absolutely well by sponsoring her Master’s Degree program in the UK ❤️👏
I met @pastorbolaji when I was attending the Daystar Leadership Academy in 2009.
He was taking the Finance course. I remember during one of his classes, folks were in tears from being touched. Note that this was not a church service. It was a class. There were sessions on Personal Transformation, Branding et al. Dope as ever!
