2026 年8月9日 $TUTUSDT、$龙虾USDT ($LOBSTER) 及 $BICOUSDT 出现异常价格波动，相关合约市场流动性出现严重失衡，导致标记价格短暂偏离整体市场价格水平，并造成部分空头仓位触发强制平仓。

为缓解用户影响，本着用户优先的原则，Bitget已制定补偿方案。将对符合条件的受影响用户进行补偿，覆盖以下用户：

· 在对应受影响时段内，因标记价格异常导致相关合约空头仓位被强制平仓的用户，纳入本次补偿范围。

· 用户在 $TUTUSDT、$龙虾USDT($LOBSTER) 及 $BICOUSDT 三个合约中，任一合约存在符合条件的空头强平记录，即可纳入核查补偿。

· 违反使用条款或任何法律的用户或在异常价格波动期间主动新开仓位的用户，不纳入本次补偿范围。

出于对用户的保护，本次补偿基准以8月9日15:00（UTC+8） 的市场公允价格计算，该时间点早于3个合约异常波动约10分钟，以保护用户权益。符合条件的用户请联系官方客服或VIP客户经理登记核实，确认补偿金额后以 $USDT 形式发放。

我们将加强异常交易与集中持仓风险管控、强化高风险交易对全生命周期管理、完善极端行情下的动态风险参数管理与优化标记价格与清算机制。
