IperionX’s Titan Critical Minerals project is fully permitted and is one of the few domestic projects that can provide a vital, secure, and long-term U.S. critical mineral supply chain within the next few years. At full production, Titan has the potential to produce ~110,000 tons per annum of titanium minerals that would underpin a secure, uninterruptable U.S. titanium mineral to titanium metal supply chain. Further, Titan delivers the potential for more than a ~3x increase in U.S. production of DyTb to supply around 20% of current domestic demand for high-performance permanent magnets.
19 critical metals. Millions of years in the making. Born and made in Tennessee.
Titanium (Ti), Dysprosium (Dy), Terbium (Tb), Yttrium (Y), Gadolinium (Gd) – these are examples of metals that are essential in high-performance applications for defense and advanced industries.
Yet the U.S. lacks secure supply of these metals, including Dy and Tb, indispensable Heavy Rare Earths dopants that allow high-performance neodymium-iron-boron (NdFeB) permanent magnets to operate reliably at high temperatures across demanding applications.
IperionX's powder metallurgy scale-up continues at our Virginia Titanium Manufacturing Campus, including optimization of a 100-ton uniaxial press and commissioning of a cold isostatic press for larger-format titanium components. By using traditional powder metallurgy techniques, @iperionx can manufacture a broad range of products with far less waste than is generated by the incumbent supply chain, resulting in significantly lower cost. Any waste that is generated can be recycled back into the process via HAMR.
IperionX has successfully completed site acceptance and commissioning of its advanced 300-ton six-axis SACMI powder metallurgy press at IperionX's Titanium Manufacturing Campus in South Boston, Virginia.
The commissioning of the SACMI powder metallurgy press represents an important expansion of IperionX’s U.S. titanium manufacturing platform.
The press significantly increases IperionX’s compaction capacity and the ability to manufacture a broader range of complex titanium components using its powder metallurgy technologies.

The Pentagon has requested increased funding for missile procurement by 188% - demand that may outstrip the current defense industry’s production capacity. This signals a long-term priority amid global uncertainty as the U.S. stockpiles critical munition supplies.

Production of missile systems are shifting from a strategic capability for defense industry suppliers, to a baseline industry. @Vested_Finance reports that global defense companies are seeing greater sales of missiles, some up to 50% of their revenue, with demand expected to accelerate over the next decade.
Hypersonic vehicles and advanced drones require specialty alloys designed for extreme temperatures, provide lightweight yet strong performance, and exceptional fatigue and stress resistance. @IISS_org shows where titanium alloys are key in propulsion systems, airframe structures, fasteners, and other components.
Simple powder metallurgy processes using the uniaxial press and our HSPT technology enables the rapid production of low-cost, high-performance titanium parts. @iperionx's uniaxial press can run at up to 12 cycles per minute, representing the potential to manufacture over 4.5 million of washers - pressed into green parts and sintered to a final product - each year.
IperionX is pleased to release its March 2026 quarterly report, transitioning to 24/7 continuous titanium production in Virginia - advancing a fully domestic, recycled scrap-to-part supply chain for U.S. defense and advanced manufacturing applications.
Backed by ~US$160m in U.S. Government support, the Company is scaling titanium metal operations while also progressing the Titan Critical Minerals Project to strengthen America’s critical materials independence.

Installation of our state-of-the-art SACMI 300-ton, six-axis hydraulic press is underway at the IperionX Titanium Manufacturing Campus! This press enables high-speed cycles and continuous flow, resulting in increased efficiency and the rapid production of high-performance parts in a fraction of the time, and material, compared to traditional subtractive manufacturing. It can be used to press flat parts such as watch blanks, short parts including fasteners, and a range of other complex products such as gears.
$IPX central to the Battle of Metals - Key re-stocking issue is missiles….and plenty of titanium from guide fins to cast titanium internal structures - the auto companies have been conscripted into the mass production of missiles. Central to this is obtaining the raw ingredients for this production.
IperionX CEO @TasoArima was pleased to meet with with Congressman @RedDavidKustoff, who represents the Camden, Tennessee community in Washington D.C. We enjoyed discussing how our fully permitted Titan Project near Camden, Tennessee, will boost the local economy and secure America’s access to critical minerals. Thank you for your continued support!
IperionX has released its 2026 letter from CEO @TasoArima to shareholders and other valued stakeholders, outlining plans to grow the U.S.'s leading domestic titanium manufacturing platform, essential to America’s industrial renewal, defense strength, and long-term prosperity.

IperionX has received a prototype purchase order for the production of lightweight titanium components for U.S. Army heavy ground combat systems.
This initial purchase order has the potential to lead to a significantly larger agreement upon successful delivery of this initial scope of work.
Light weighting is an increasingly critical design consideration for U.S. Army heavy ground combat platforms as the vehicles continues to gain mass through successive survivability and lethality upgrades, including enhanced armor systems and emerging counter-UAS and drone-protection solutions.
