Right to buy has caused housing stocks to dwindle but that is the fault of the government for not building enough as well as other gov policies over the years. Nothing to do with Thacher

From what I read here it seems the negative effects of paternal aging are well known but in a small minority. Considering the rise in mutations as fathers age this may point to more beneficial effects. Requires further study.
