The fact that BJP didn’t get a majority only proves that there was no large scale manipulation of EVMs, but doesn’t rule out selective manipulation. However EVMs have a programmable chip & flash memory thru which they can be manipulated. That is why most European countries & Bangladesh have banned EVMs.
However I do believe that EVMs with transparent screen VVPATS can be used if all VVPAT slips are counted
