@CromaSupport A split AC installation that started at 10am, is still on. It’s already been 5hours !! The installation work is awful to say the least !! I should have opted for Urban Clap to come and do the job. Totally unprofessional.

The MOST INEFFICIENT customer support is none other than @Flipkart . For a PAYMENT MADE and pick up done for an exchange, they need to verify if i actually returned the product !!! This has been going on for 3 days and they will TRY TO FIND A RESOLUTION. Absolutely ridiculous !!!

I had to settle a death claim and was pleasantly surprised at the promptness with which the matter was handled at the Gol Park branch of SBI by the BM Parama Bhattacharya. It made all the difference. She is the kind of manager every bank should have. @TheOfficialSBI

@TheOfficialSBI if every branch manager is as helpful like the one in the Gol Park branch in Kolkata no one will ever go to a private bank. Parama Bhattacharya is the best manager i have ever encountered in the banking sector, across all banks.

@skullcandy the customer care service sucks. The email bounces back, no one picks up the phone and when i managed to find an email for the India office, response is very very poor. For a product which is prepaid paid , its been more than two weeks and i havent received it yet !
