僕「…え！
いやいや、そんな前なわけ…」

と思ってタグを見せてもらったら、

そこに書かれている番号で
製造年月日が分かるらしい。

で、見てもらった結果。
「2021年製ですね」

普通に5年前だった。

でも…
わりとショックだったのは
“古かったこと”じゃない。

見た目、
まだ全然キレイだったこと。
ヨレも少ないし、
普通に現役だと思ってた。

すると友人がさらに一言。
「エアリズムって、
見た目がキレイでも
機能はかなり落ちてるよ」

調べてみたら、
ユニクロ公式でも
“約3年を目安に買い替え推奨”
ってアナウンスしてた。

吸湿性や速乾性は、
長く着るほど少しずつ低下して、
3年超える頃には
効果がなくなるらしい

つまり私は、
ここ数年ずっと
“涼しい気でいるだけの布”
を着ていたんだ…

ずっと見た目で判断してたけど、

インナーって
『まだ着れる』じゃなくて
『ちゃんと機能してるか』
で考えないとダメなんだなって思った。

エアリズムの製造年は、内側の洗濯タグに記載されている「カッコ内の数字」で簡単にわかります。

タグや印字に書かれている
「271-xxxxxx (〇X-XX)」のカッコ内の数字をみます。

カッコ内の左側「1つ目の数字（〇）」製造年の西暦下一桁
3 の場合：2023年（または2013年）
4 の場合：2024年
5 の場合：2025年6 の場合：2026年（または2016年）

カッコ内の左側「2つ目の数字（X）」：販売された季節（シーズン）です。
1：春（Spring）
2：夏（Summer）
3：秋（Autumn）
4：冬（Winter）

例：「(12-10)」と書かれている場合最初の数字が「1」で、2つ目が「2」なので、2021年の夏モデルになります。

ちなみに
エアリズムの寿命が約3年とされていら理由は、主素材のポリウレタンが着用していなくても経年劣化します。
そのため、製造年が3年以上前のものは吸汗速乾性や伸縮性が落ちていることから、買い替えを推奨しています。
