@backmarket There is no way to contact you. My phone has an issue and the only solution from help guides is to back it up and set it for repair, leaving me with no phone for 7-10 days. Can someone contact me ASAP to discuss what you suggest I should be using during that time?
@qatarairways I have found a flight that the total cost difference is Β£1.60 according to their app but when i go on final step to confirm the payable amount from 1.60 turns into Β£718.00 (total flight cost) LOL. No one has answered me why this is happening π€·ββοΈ
@qrsupport@qatarairways by the way I followed your directions on tour website but unfortunately the system allows me only to change flight within the same date. There is no way to select a different date. Another issue π
@qatarairways i have purchased a flexible ticket but i cant change it unless i pay in full the whole cost instead of the price difference. Why is that? Need to book asap and your chat support has failed me 3 times so far!!!
After chatting to more than 6 agents from @qatarairways spending around 3 hours yesterday and 2 today. STILL they are not able to help me change my flexi flight to a different date. They all came back with different costs, flight combinations which is incredible!!!
@qrsupport For one last time i will ask if someone can ACTUALLY help me here at @qatarairways and make up my bad experience so far. If no one is able to do so i will just keep me original fligh but i wont ever use you in the future and i will make sure i share my experience and screenshots
@qrsupport I am extremely disappointed and frustrated about not being able to complete my request (and wasting my time). At the end of the day i am going to pay you money to change the flight but it looks it wont happened π€·ββοΈ
@qrsupport but surprisingly all of them were giving me different options with inconsistent prices while i has direct access via the app to the flight options and their prices were not the same.
@qrsupport I have spend more than 3 hours yesterday and today to find a solution on this matter as your system is asking me to pay the full amount of the new flights instead of the cost difference. Also i have spoken to more than 4 customer support agents hoping they can perfom the change
@arketofficial have been calling you since 10:00 but no one picks up. Apart from one time that somebody picked up and handed up straight way. Anything wrong with your land line at your shop at Westfield east London?
