Worst experience with you. My wife is trying to cancel her policy since last six months. She has talked on phone, replied to the payment mail, wrote separate mail, messaged on her user portal many times but these guys are not canceling the policy.#irritatingcompany
Repeatedly asking them that we moved abroad and can't take call on our Indian number but still after our every communication they call on our Indian number and say it's not available. We have given them alternate number 100 times. Seems they want to get our policy lapsed
