@ubereats_uk so what you are saying is that the rider has 2 just turn up lie & say they called you & they are outside your flat, they don’t have to follow the delivery instructions & as long as they pretend to be outside they can say they completed the order then still get paid?

@Uber_Support I have checked my DMs and your team have refused my order when the courier was incompetent after calling me once vs my 10 calls that went to voicemail and my numerous messages and me leaving my young family twice to go down to find him. I would like my refund not an apology
