Came for one reason, stayed for another. All over the political map depending on the issue. American, Republican "Lincolnite", Zionist. Slava Ukraine. He/him
@mcharlesworth7 Noticing how everyone was coming up to him and he was just trying to make a purchase, I didn't want to be that guy, so when he said hello to me (I was probably 15) I just said Hello but I wanted to say how much I loved his acting like the others were.
@mcharlesworth7 I stood behind Mr. Van Dyke in line in Phoenix Arizona at a Hobby Bench-Paradise Valley Mall in the early to mid 80's. People were coming up him saying hello. I could see he was in a hurry, he was friendly to everyone. He turned to me and said hello. I said Hello. I Love that guy
@JustJenRX@Margare51775614 In what state specifically are you claiming that wearing political clothing into a polling location on election day is allowed. Let's check the laws of that location. Pray tell us, what state is this in.
@JustJenRX Not in Arizona. Nothing considered political can be worn inside a polling location or in the line to get in. You need to stand ...I forget, a certain number of feet away. This hat is political and would not be allowed in Arizona ballot locations. Ive seen it happen.
@BruceSheridan12 It's easy to "Monday morning" the situation and lay blame (I'm even doing it), but at the time, the future wasn't known. Much like we have today.
@BruceSheridan12 Bruce, we talk about Britian and France, dump the blame on them but what about Poland who was directly able to aid the Czechs but instead took from them, used the opportunity to advance their own position. There was no unity in Europe to the danger they all faced
@teemcee I often fed my dog from my fork. I would also put the food in my teeth and let them take it very carefully. They were so sweet and gentle. I miss them all.
@RepDonBacon@BruceSheridan12 Europe was a hot mess in 1938 and nobody wanted war except the next victim on the butcher block. Fast forward to 2022 and we have the same thing. There is hope however-Ukraine is fighting like a beast. Mr. Bacon, I love everything you're standing for now. Thank you.
@BruceSheridan12@RepDonBacon Having learned the lesson of 1938, Europe is repeating basically the same mistakes. The world is more complex now. This isn't going to be easy. There are never easy answers in geopolitics, but Russia must be defeated or there will be "the devil to pay and no pitch hot"
@BruceSheridan12@RepDonBacon Canadian Prime Minister William Lyon Mackenzie King to Chamberlain.
โThe heart of Canada is rejoicing tonight at the success which has crowned your unremitting efforts for peace.โ
I don't understand how England could have defeated the Nazis in 1938. If you know, tell me
