As humans, we tend to compare. Don’t think of others who seem to have a better life. The trouble is we see perfect images everywhere today. We wonder why we don’t have the same. Don’t fall into that trap. Thank the Almighty for all that you’ve been blessed with.

The Almighty has made us all unique, with different atttibutes and talents. But always be humble enough to know that you’re no better than the person next to you. He has a plan for each and everyone of us. Use your talent wisely. Spread goodness and kindness wherever you go!

More are suffering from diseases of the heart because of social media. Jealousy, unhappiness, feelings of inadequacy take root when the difference between real or fake vanishes. Sadly, a lot of what we see is fake. Don’t fall for it. Flaws & imperfections make us human!

What goes around comes around. Whatever you give, comes back to you. What you sow, you reap. Give kindness, compassion, joy, encouragement, motivation and it will find its way back to you somehow, someday. Do you get the drift? So why would anyone want to spread negativity?

What are we actually chasing in this life? Looks fade, money goes; what’s left? When that happens, it’s your personal relationship with the Almighty that stays. That’s the only thing that matters really. He will guide you and provide a way out for you in every circumstance.

No matter what’s going on, always uphold good character and conduct. Let people criticise, let them pick on petty issues, let them say nasty things. Be good and kind-hearted even if they aren’t. Rise above it. What goes around comes around. Remember there’s Judgement Day!

Start running your own race. Stop comparing yourself to others. If the Almighty wants you to have what others have, He will give it to you, if not now then at some stage later on. Be happy with His Decree. Show gratitude. If you’re grateful, He will surely grant you more.

Good or bad, everything in this life is a test. The Almighty tests us to see if we’re grateful. He tests us to see our reaction when His favours are withdrawn. When things go wrong, bear patience, trust Him. Don't give up hope. He will open doors and create opportunities!

Don’t focus on the disappointments of your past. Learn from them and move on. We all make mistakes. Don’t beat yourself up so hard that you keep revisiting what’s done. The Almighty has forgiven you. Lift your spirits and look ahead to the new things that He has in store!

Worried. Stressed. Frustrated. Depressed. The solution to all that can be found in prayer. In prostration. Seek the Almighty and you’ll find the greatest comfort. That’s the best antidote you need for stressed souls and aching hearts. You only have to reach out to Him.
