@StandardBankZA is the most frustrating archaic banks out there. I have been at the bank for over 90 mins just to reactivate my card and online profile. Now I am just waiting on a call to speak to a consultant. Serious waste of my time.

@MTNza I can’t get an ITC number from @MTNzaService as it isn’t picking up the IMEI; even though I have used the device for the past 2 years. I have called in twice & been to 3 franchise stores and no luck! Can you help?

Annoyed by the manager of @NandosSA Plattekloof. I requested a change to my designer drink a few mins after I paid and she was unimpressed by my request. Seriously rolling eyes and disapproving facial expressions in front of the customer is a not okay. So disappointed.

Just to add they hadn’t started with the drink, so I don’t understand what was the issue. Surely refunds on cards is something they can do?

Had the most disappointing Falooda from @vidaecaffe. Honestly not sure what’s the hype but to break my fast with something tasteless was disappointing. What a waste of a @Vitality_SA voucher 😭 I wonder if it’s just the branch that’s the problem!

The April ‘24 flooding resulted in us being stranded in Dubai airport for hours& we were later offered to be taken to hotel which we gladly took up given we had a 6month old.But they used our visas & we had to reapply for our return leg. Surely @EmiratesSupport should refund us

When I logged it with my late baggage claim @EmiratesSupport said I couldn’t claim for visa expenses but in the past something similar happened and I got my refund. I don’t understand what the issue is here and would love clarity.
