The motion for an extension of time to file an appeal has officially been filed with the Ontario Court of Appeal.

Now the matter is going before a judge, and the Crown has been asked to provide its position.

This is another important step in a legal battle that is far from finished.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: I’m not walking away. I’m going to see this process through and continue fighting through every legal avenue available to me.

September 16th is the next date to watch.
