@GarNob Well when @HSELive report abuse in schools to @tusla they do nothing so Tusla and @Education_Ire are covering abuse in special ed. Inevitably these child end up on short days or suspended / expelled and the data isn't available from TESS/ TUSLA. So we see the toxic loop.
