“everybody fucking hates me” was ingrained in me at 8 years old so now to this day no matter how close someone is to me i will always wonder if they actually like being my friend

@rcefelon@SkinnyTuna i feel like when i use a pipe i gotta pull the smoke into my mouth first because if i just straight inhale it feels like i'm hosting a barbecue at the back of my throat but with joints i switch it up and i inhale however

@hinanamier@lovesnotwar stack up and build until it's too much for them to handle. a lot of people think they can handle it on their own until they cannot and that's where it causes issues. when you're self aware and you know your limits and you communicate when you need to, that's really good.

@mqchinist i don't use one! i'm always running out of storage on my phone so i wouldn't prioritize that app if i did use it and i also have severe adhd so whenever i try to track my calories i'm super inconsistent with it so i've just given up, at least until i'm medicated.
