If you’ve made 2FA mandatory, the least you can do is make sure OTPs actually get delivered.
Been trying since yesterday it just says “it may take a minute for the SMS to arrive,” but the OTP never arrives!

Extremely disappointed with Airtel Business support. My Corporate SIM has been misplaced and for the last 2 days I have been stuck in IVR calls with no executive support. And if agents pick it up the just share numbers-no resolution yet.
