I made the mistake of purchasing a @SamsungIndia LED TV from @cromaretail on 19th August

I genuinely can't why a behemoth like @SamsungIndia @SamsungTV would need almost 20 days to get a TV replaced, which is barely 10 days old in a tier-1 Indian city AND which their technician has confirmed is faulty and needs to be replaced!
