@Nekatus@survivetheark Got it working on my server! Only issue (other than some map assets, like the villages being incomplete) was the constant NPCSpawner failures. Pretty sure that's an Ark thing right now with dedicated servers, though! :) Amazing gradient leveling of the map. Keep it up!
@Azeriath I'll be starting off as Druid, no doubt in my mind! Likely a werewolf/minion build to start. Backup class is going to be a Necromancer Minion Thorns build (the pacifist run).
@Azeriath Or, hear me out - learn how to replace it, and take pride that you learned a skill.
I've had to do it a couple times with my Azeron piece, but I've always felt a sense of pride in being able to fix my own tools. Highly suggest it.
@Azeriath That's an extremely fair point. Paying that much for a game that is early access, or in a beta stage, is also kind of sketchy as well IMO when you have that sizeable price tag on your product.
@Azeriath Was considering heading down to my local shop and grabbing one, not gonna lie. Watched a solid two to three hours of Wildcat play Scarlet this morning.
@Azeriath@stigteach Hrrrm, yeah. Unfortunately if it's not listed as a "levelling build" you need to hit capstone a to unlock 60 or 70. Try Exporting it to in-game and use it there?
@Azeriath@stigteach Fair. Usually he goes into what build he's attempting, what mythic enchant synergies there are for the build, and the big numbers. Then usually PvP. Apparently there are listed build guides you can pull from his Discord, though, so maybe that's an option?
@Azeriath@stigteach I wouldn't say that at all! He puts out content once or twice a week - but perhaps the disconnect is that he's playing draft pick mode as opposed to free pick?
@Azeriath@stigteach There are a few I would suggest. One of the bigger names for content creators in Ascension is McDoubles, give him a look and you might get some inspiration!
@Azeriath@stigteach HRM. Well, keep in mind I've spent years playing PoE, so I may have a different view than you. :P That being said, I would suggest looking at the Mythic Enchantments and then building around one of those. Most enchants can be found fairly cheap on lvl 15 trinkets from the AH.
@Azeriath@stigteach Naaaah, there's a bunch of premades you can go off of in the ...whatever they call it, the hero simulator? I'm terrible with names.
@Azeriath 120 is fine if you have the Oculus Quest 2 headset and play it in VR! Ran sword + board Nord with ankle weights on my wrists - lost six pounds in two weeks! XD
@stigteach@Azeriath You might want to take a look at Project Ascension. Been playing the last week, and the Mythic Enchantments are really interesting and build-enabling for cool cross synergy!
@Azeriath I've done it a few times, having things like Springleaf at the beginning can be a big boon. The monsters right now are a bit overtuned, so don't feel too bad.
@hafwreck I mean, obviously Phasmophobia. Legendary Tales is a good one, same as Skyrim VR with all the Wabbajack mod list installs. In terms of VR installs on the headset directly, I really like The Climb 2, and apps like Wander, or Netflix/Amazon Prime.
