The construction crew worked through the night and made progress in removing the failed sewer line.

The crew will return tonight, October 18th, to backfill the excavation site and pave the roadway between 7 pm and 5 am.

CREWS RUSH TO REPAIR DAMAGED SEWER LINES

Drivers in Oakley are advised to avoid the intersection of East Cypress Road and Main Street on Thursday night, October 17.

Crew will need to finish repairs starting at 6 p.m. on Thursday and continue until complete.
