@Supatease I am 61. Just keep going life is much better when you are healthy and mobile. So many of my friends are on medication and quality of life is terrible. You just need to do a little everyday an just make working out and eating healthy a priority so you can enjoy your older years

A little over a year ago I went to mostly meat, egg diet. Nothing in a container. Lost almost 100 pounds. Now at 60 taking zero meds and feel like I am in the best shape in over 40 years. The food supply needs to be fixed. Thank you for your hard work trying to turn the train.
