So basically Live in present & enjoy little things
Me waiting for social media to come back… also me thinking 💭 if I could dedicate at least 2 hours specifically to “no social media” or “no screen time” daily, how good it would work for my well-being! ✨

Why is it so important to Travel often?
• It let’s u disconnect for a while & recharge
• Actually a gud remedy for stress & anxiety
• When u travel, u step out from your comfort zone to a diffnt environmnt which makes u become more responsible, gives a sense of independence
How to quit/ limit caffeine intake:
1. Have an apple or any other available fruit as you wake up
2. Challenge urself nt to have caffeine fr a week eventually craving wud decrease
3. Drink lots of water
