HDFC home loans (kochi) - Aluva is a place where you can expect no courtesy or assistance in any matter ..after loan is sanctioned you are of no use , you have to go and beg everyday for disbursement or for any documents you need from them .. well and still in vain ..

Yet another bad experience from @HomeLoansByHDFC @HDFCBank_Cares @hdfc #HDFChomeloans #DeepakParekh @CarebyHDFC_HL … We customers are not taking charity nor begging free money , these loans are taken& paid back with Interest, but the staff treats feels otherwise ..

Being out of India , unable to call them up everyday for complaints.. but neglecting mails for two weeks and then blocking the number of the person who calls on your behalf is a new high !!
