@officialnucky@tobytarrant@grok I mean, about a billion people live in abject poverty. That's not because they don't work hard, they work hard everyday for less than you'll spend on a coffee. It's down to sheer dumb luck of being born in the wrong place
@BillAckman@BernieSanders@elonmusk@SpaceX This whole notion that advancement and better quality or life for all is only possible with the very few becoming ultra wealthy is utterly ludicrous. The world will look back in a hundred years and wonder how society failed so abjectly
@jackmrankin@csjthinktank Democracy has no chance when MPs face zero repercussions for spreading untruths. Or oerhaps the guy is an idiot who can't get his head around basic facts.
@archer_rs@GaysAFascism@marksandspencer They are individual cubicles that lock. If a women is in there then it's a females changing room, if a man is in there it's a men's changing room. At all times it is a single occupant in there. This is the norm in swimming pools where you are much more exposed
@AylmerTH@MonkEmma Based on Emma's detailed and thorough overview it seems the 2nd wife would receive higher credits if she were not a second wife. So the benefits system is actively discouraging polygamous marriages, as it has for many years. Which is at odds with the headline.
@craigbromf@MatthewHitchmo3@ZiaYusufUK Brilliant response. Utterly ridiculous policy showing Reform actually have no clue about business and just want to appeal to a demographic they'll hurt more than any other.
@RobertJenrick Seriously? This is a serious policy offering? Aren't you Reform guys always talking up how you have "real" business experience. And this is what you come up with
@KirstieMAllsopp@JakeWSimons That's an insane take. Do you judge everyone who doesn't vote for a party you agree with? Clearly economic stability isn't a strength of the main two parties. Is anyone voting for them moronic?
@benmoulding@mitchellvii It's baffling. If you really are a born again Christian you will be well up for getting in to heaven (for eternity!). Yet you'd risk all of that to stick up for Trump who has quite clearly depicted himself as Jesus. Isn't that breaking one of the ten commandments??
