"I chose nursing because I wanted to surround myself with people who care about the world around them. I've truly found that"💙

@DHSCgovuk Hi, I’m an FY2 on my last rotation of the year. When might I expect to receive these £43,000? I’m currently far off it, and with London weighting no less.
Thanks to all Londoners for staying home these last six weeks.
You are all heroes, but we need you to keep it up.
Please stay home continue to protect the NHS and save lives. #LondonTogether
Show your support by sharing this video. Thank you. 💙
I honestly admire the bravery of all the juniors starting their careers in the NHS and being given way more to deal with than they ever should have under any other scenario....I know you may be fearful or anxious, please know you aren’t alone and you’re doing amazing, all of you
LONDON: This is of crucial importance:
➡️ Do not leave your home unless you have a very good reason.
➡️ Do not go to work or use public transport, unless you do a critical job.
If you ignore this advice, people could die. #COVID19

There is no reason for you to wear an N95/FFP3 standard mask in public as a non-healthcare professional.
None.
Your stockpiling these masks make it harder for hospitals and NHS to get hold of them.
Clean and wash your hands frequently.
Going to hospital by ambulance does not mean you'll be seen quicker at A&E. We're really busy tonight & if your call is not an emergency, you will be waiting longer than normal for an ambulance.
If you need to go, and if you can, please make your own way to hospital.
*PLEASE RETWEET* We've been taking almost 400 calls EVERY HOUR today & it'll get busier tonight. Please ONLY call 999 in an emergency
Lots of calls didn't need an ambulance. We must make sure we can speak to & treat people with the most life-threatening injuries/illnesses first.
I know as a med student in your clinic I am but a tiny, pitiful bug, but please, if you aren’t coming at 9:00, tell me not to come at 9:00. I know my time is worth approximately nothing to anyone, but I need groceries. I need a haircut. Please let your tiny bug get a haircut.
