@HonKangata I love this Governor. You have lived upt to your promise on improving health that you really advocated as a senator. The infrastructure is taking place all over. Proud of you. Next is human resoursing and adequate drug supplies to ensure seamless services. Mungu mbele kaka.
So this police officer stops my friend, claiming it’s an offence not to wear a reflector — in broad daylight even though my friend was in full reflective gear.
Then, the officer takes his bike and rides off…
No helmet. No gloves. Makes an illegal U-turn. Rides on the footpath. Reckless all the way.
Let’s not forget he’s riding a bike that doesn’t even belong to him.
Now here’s the real question:
How do you enforce rules that you yourself don’t follow?
We’re not against the law we’re against the abuse of it.
We ride with respect. We expect the same.

@KWamatangi you are doing great on health and ECDs. we long to see the facilities complete and equiped. The access roads will do well to making hospitals accessible. We have a gem in Kijabe mission hospital but the road is horrible. Consider them in your healt mission
