Turkey just banned a cruise ship carrying nearly 2,000 gay travelers, including Broadway legend Patti LuPone, from docking in Kuşadası and Istanbul.

Officials called the passengers a threat to their "moral values."

Istanbul police then raided a gay nightclub that had operated for 18 years, because it planned to welcome the cruise's passengers.

A state punishing people for existing. If a different, specific Middle Eastern country did this, it would lead every front page for a week. Turkey, a NATO country does it and the human rights industry looks away.

Selon un rapport publié par UN Watch, Reem Alsalem aurait accepté 70 000 dollars de l’Arabie saoudite en 2024 puis 100 000 dollars d’un groupe de pays arabes comprenant le Qatar en 2025, alors même qu’elle est chargée par l’ONU des questions liées aux violences faites aux femmes.

L’organisation lui reproche notamment son silence sur plusieurs sujets : le système saoudien de tutelle masculine, l’absence de reconnaissance du viol conjugal dans le royaume, le sort des militantes emprisonnées ou encore le système de kafala touchant des femmes migrantes au Qatar.

▪️ UN Watch accuse également Reem Alsalem d’avoir minimisé ou rejeté les accusations de violences sexuelles commises par le Hamas lors du 7 octobre 2023.

▪️ En novembre 2025, elle avait notamment affirmé qu’« aucune enquête indépendante n’avait établi que des viols avaient eu lieu le 7 octobre », une déclaration vivement contestée par ses détracteurs, qui invoquent notamment le rapport de l’ONU publié en mars 2024 faisant état de « motifs raisonnables de croire » que des violences sexuelles, y compris des viols et viols collectifs, ont été commis lors de l’attaque.

📌 Ces nouvelles accusations d’UN Watch relancent le débat sur l’impartialité de certains mécanismes onusiens corrompus et sur le traitement réservé aux victimes israéliennes des violences du 7 octobre, parce que juives.

Buried beneath a hilltop village in southern Lebanon, just kilometers from the Israeli border, the Hezbollah terror group built an underground drone “airbase” from which it launched Iranian-made unmanned aerial vehicles at Israel.

The subterranean facility, guarded by massive steel blast doors, was built in the past decade with direct Iranian assistance, including planning and funding, Israeli military officials told The Times of Israel during an organized media tour of the site last week.

According to the Israel Defense Forces, the tunnel runs several hundred meters into the mountain, reaching depths of 29 meters (95 feet) under Majdal Zoun — including beneath a mosque.

Inside the tunnel, which was wide enough for a standard vehicle to drive through, Hezbollah had assembled Iranian-made drones using parts smuggled into Lebanon, according to the army.

I have family both in Beirut and in the south.

My family in Beirut live in an area overlooking the Dahiye, Hezbollah’s stronghold. They stand on their balcony and watch Israel bomb specific Hezbollah military locations embedded within the civilian population. They see the explosions and know about it way before the news report it. They are literally standing on their balcony watching and are not worried about Israel hitting them. They sent me a video of the massive explosion when Nasrallah was killed long before I saw it on the news. 

Also in the South, my relatives tell the exact same story. Israel only hits areas in which Hezbollah’s thugs have embedded themselves. 

ALL sovereign Lebanese want Hezbollah defeated because Hezbollah is an extension of the IRGC and they are holding Lebanon hostage. 

Time to be honest about reporting the news. Every time you attack Israel, you are hurting the chances for all the good people in the region to be liberated from the Iranian regime and from Hezbollah and from Islamists.

Please consider a more honest approach and a truthful approach about news reporting. Hezbollah is always the one instigating and they desire to destroy Israel whether Israel attacks or not. 

Israel is the good guy. The others are the bad guys‼️🙏

He was referring to the June 14 IDF strike that made Trump mad. Below is the video showing the aftermath of the strike. You can see it was clearly targeted at an apartment. The building is intact. Only three people were killed, and Hezbollah confirmed that they were their members, and no building collapsed. No other people were killed.
