I think I’ve uncovered another suspicious hospital, this time in Kisii.
It’s called Trenya Hospital.
I need anyone in Kisii right now to confirm whether this hospital actually exists at the listed location.
According to SHA/TaifaCare records, it received KSh 4.3 million in June.
More than even lodwar and kajiado referral hospital
Yet, it has no details or presence online.
MOH records place it here: 0°49'50.9"S 34°42'57.7"E close to Makinda’s place.
Also, they say it's at Getumbe junction near the itare secondary school, but there is no itare secondary in the area and its not anywhere around gitumbe secondary
These are the pictures I’ve managed to get. The area looks like someone’s shamba and homestead, not a hospital.
Kindly confirm if this hospital exists and, if so, how big it is. If you can, share pictures.
Also, another red flag notice it was registered this year
Lastly, the number of beds also doesnt tally
Let’s do some OSINT.
RUTO MUST GO.
ADEN DUALE MUST BE ARRESTED.
DR. ABDI MOHAMED MUST BE ARRESTED.
Kenyan MPs and Senators, please regulate nursing homes. Nursing homes are being used to loot SHA.
It’s too easy for anyone to open a nursing home. Almost all fake or suspicious hospitals receiving millions from SHA are nursing homes. Tag your MPs in the replies.
Rhamu a small town in mandera has over 30 nursing homes
And each got over 2 million in June from ShA
Others even got 6
While their subcounty govt got much less 👀
Examples
Bogso Nursing Home – 2.8M
Zamzam Nursing Home – 3M
Ibnulmajah Nursing Home – 3M
Bukaan Deeq – 3M
They need to show us their ways
Here is a record of some of the “nursing homes” allegedly in Rhamu most of which don’t even exist physically yet each got over KSh 3 million in June from SHA.
Meanwhile, in the same area, the subcounty hospital received only about KSh 1 million.
This is what Lafey town looks like.
Honestly, it’s not even a town.
But here’s the catch:
MoH records show over 10 nursing homes supposedly exist here.
In reality, you won’t find most of them.
Yet in June, each of these “facilities” received between 2M–6M Ksh from ShA.
For example: Godhey Nursing Home Limited (I’ll post the ShA record in the replies).
Meanwhile, the Lafey Subcounty Hospital only got just over 1M Ksh.
And remember the population of the area is less than 10,000.
Makes you wonder… are these “nursing homes” now treating camels and goats too? 🐪🐐
And here’s what Lafey Subcounty Hospital got, just over KSh 1 million.
Meanwhile, in the very same area, over 10 “nursing homes” are reaping millions.
How?
I will forever remain radical because of this and others.
Siloma told us one thing. Don't lose hope. Give final respect to my brother by continuing to fight and ousting Ruto. That's why we are this radical. They murdered most of us last year.
As a proud Kenyan Somali, I strongly believe that national identification is more than just a document it is a symbol of belonging, security, and national integrity. That is why I firmly stand against granting Kenyan identification to Somali citizens from Somalia without a proper vetting process. At the same time, I believe Somali Kenyans should also be vetted to ensure that our citizenship records are accurate and that every rightful citizen is recognized. This is not about division; it is about fairness and safeguarding our country’s future.
The recent cancellation of the vetting process in Northern Kenya is deeply concerning. This is not just a bureaucratic decision it opens the door to an unchecked system where anyone can obtain Kenyan citizenship without scrutiny. No country in the world operates this way. Without proper vetting, we are essentially erasing our borders and allowing a free-for-all situation that could have serious consequences for our national security, governance, and resources.
For years, there have been legitimate concerns about people from Somalia illegally acquiring Kenyan identification, making it difficult to distinguish between true citizens and those who have taken advantage of weak processes. If we do not address this issue, we risk diluting our national identity, overstretching our public services, and creating security vulnerabilities. A transparent and fair vetting system is not about discrimination it is about protecting Kenya and ensuring that every citizen gets what they rightfully deserve.
I urge my fellow Kenyans to pay attention to what is happening. This is not a small issue it is a turning point for our country. If we allow this to continue, we may wake up one day in a nation where citizenship means nothing, where security is compromised, and where our future is uncertain. We must speak up, demand accountability, and push for the reinstatement of a thorough vetting process. This is about Kenya’s sovereignty, safety, and the rights of its true citizens.

RELIGIOUS LEADERS from Nyanza threaten to mobilise Kenyans for civil disobedience over alleged oppression, mismanagement by President Ruto's administration. https://t.co/npXuGy2P1c
There is a certain truth that most Kenyans appear uncomfortable with. But we must face it.
And this truth is that our country is so broken, that it may take a few generations to recover.
This country is teetering on total collapse.
This country, if we don’t fix it immediately, will be Haiti or Somalia, or worse.
Our faith is the fundamental decency of humans has been tested to the limit. And our faith in public institutions is disappearing fast.
Have you ever wondered how a country like Haiti became what is today? That a large population of the country would rather put their fate in the hands of gangbangers as opposed to government?
This happens when the average citizen does not see any difference between a thug on the street and his government. And I believe we have never been closer to this situation than we are now.
Before you say that am being dramatic, let me give you some context.
I always like to use pictures because they do a good job of capturing attention.
The first picture you see here is the Governor of Mandera county’s @MohamedAKhalif’s mansion. It apparently cost you and I KSH 285 million. Let that sink in.
Look around it and take in the utter emptiness around it. Your political class does feel any shame when they look at this all day, in the midst of so poverty. The second picture is a primary school in Mandera.
Stevie Wonder, the blind American artist, can see through the injustice and insanity on display in these two pictures. Our corrupt and greedy politicians are pillaging our country leaving it a carcass. And they have zero shame.
I want all Kenyans to look at these pictures and ask themselves how we can allow this madness to happen, and for how much longer.
Governor @HonAmasonKingi was in the news recently about his KSH 140 mansion in Kilifi, one of the poorest counties. The third picture is a primary school in Kilifi. Again, let that sink in.
Unbelievable insanity and ignorance on display.
That human beings can be so stupid and ignorant as to not be totally repulsed by this level of callousness is beyond me.
The insanity you see here is happening all across our country.
Our country’s overall government size is totally unsustainable and exists solely to maintain the lifestyles of the most corrupt among us.
If you look at the last picture, it shows that a quick comparison of Kenya and Texas. With an economy that is 21 times SMALLER than Texas, our country has over 1800 legislators as opposed to Texas’ 181 legislators.
Kenyan politicians are the second highest paid in the world (adjusted for size of the economy).
Every one of these 1800 people get salaries many dozens higher the the average Kenyan’s per capita income. They get a housing allowance, drivers, vehicle allowance, mortgage, etc.
We are bleeding our country to support the most corrupt among us.
This madness must stop. We have no choice.
And it won’t stop by asking the thieves to tone down their stealing.
It will only happen by kicking them out of government resoundingly, and prosecuting those who have stolen from our children.
We have no choice.
