I have found this behaviour change really hard to stick to. With everything going on in the world and work and uni, it is very hard to stick to an exercise plan. I feel for people who are genuinely trying to lose weight, or just keep themselves healthy, it is a challenge #MARK320
@rico_pica How good is eating better!! I love food, but eating better has helped me so much in like every aspect, I’m less bloated, I’m less tired, and I just feel so much better about my physical appearance as well! Are you feeling the same?
Went for a lovely walk on Friday evening and forgot to tweet you all !! It was so nice and I wanted to do it everyday but the weather turned so bad!! Exercising is so hard when you have to rely on the weather 😩 #mark320
Starting aerobics this afternoon (in my room) so wish me luck, I feel like I’m going to die because I haven’t exercised in about 2 weeks from being sick and unmotivated. Ill keep you guys updated #mark320
@yasminetenca I’ve been feeling so unmotivated too! Have you got any tips on how to push myself to get out and active? I haven’t exercised since the gyms closed two weeks ago 😰
A new week means a fresh start on the diet/exercise behaviour change! I am hoping to feel a bit better and go for walks in the afternoon, I will keep you guys updated on if I go or not, have a fabulous week ✨ #mark320#wegotthis
Okay so I’ve decided to kind of meal prep but not make the meals just buy them 😂 so for breakfast either 2 weetbix, for morning tea a muesli bar, yoghurt and banana, for lunch a frozen meal and then whatever for dinner. Thoughts? #mark320
